ABOUT THE JOB

The work as a maintenance mechanic with us is an independent job where you have good opportunities to develop. With your skills, you contribute to efficient and safe production by focusing on preventive maintenance and corrective repairs within our various production processes throughout the facility. The role is central to minimizing downtime and optimizing production efficiency.

MAIN ASSIGNMENT

Your main assignment as a maintenance mechanic is to perform preventive measures such as lubrication and inspections, as well as corrective maintenance of machines and other equipment. You will work in our maintenance system where we report, plan, and follow up. You follow safety procedures and ensure that the work is performed in accordance with established quality requirements.

The work is carried out in an industrial environment with noise, heavy lifting, and various working positions. Therefore, you need to have good physical ability. Tasks occur both indoors and outdoors in varying temperatures. Working with machines and moving parts places high demands on you to work safely and with good risk awareness to prevent accidents and injuries.

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE POSITION

• Interest in and basic knowledge of technology acquired through education and/or experience
• Good understanding of Swedish (both spoken and written)
• Ability to work shifts
• Driving license B

PREFERABLE QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE POSITION

• Experience in maintenance work in an industrial environment
• Experience in welding, hydraulics, hot work, or pneumatics
